Squarespace offers users the ability to password protect files and folders. Additionally, Squarespace offers two different methods for users to share images: email and social media.

Email:

When an image is uploaded to Squarespace, the image is sent as an attachment to an email. The email address of the recipient is automatically included in the file name.

PRO TIP: Images on Squarespace are stored on a central server. If this server goes down, all of the images on Squarespace will be unavailable.

Users can change the email address of the recipient by editing the file name. .

Social Media:

When an image is uploaded to Squarespace, the image is automatically added to the user’s social media account. The user can choose to add the image to a specific social media account or to add the image to all of the user’s social media accounts.
