Where Are the Basic Shapes in Photoshop?

Photoshop is a widely used program for crafting layouts, graphics, logos, and photos. But where are the basic shapes in Photoshop?

Shapes are vector graphics, which means they’re made up of mathematical points, lines, and curves. In Photoshop, you can find the basic shapes under the “Shapes” tool in the toolbar.

The shapes tool is located in the toolbar on the left side of the screen. To access it, click on the small rectangle icon.

Once you’ve selected the shapes tool, you’ll see a variety of options in the menu that appears. The basic shapes are located toward the bottom of this menu. To draw a shape, simply click on the icon for the shape you want to draw, then click and drag your mouse to draw it out.

You can also change the color of your shapes by clicking on the “Fill” option in the menu. Simply click on the color you want to use, then click on your shape to fill it in.

There are a variety of other options you can use with the shapes tool, such as adding a stroke or changing the opacity. Experiment with these options to get a feel for what they do.
