Where Are Wix Name Servers?

Wix is a cloud-based web development platform that allows users to create HTML5 websites and mobile sites through the use of online drag and drop tools. Wix also provides its users with web hosting services, domain names, and email accounts.

One of the features that sets Wix apart from other web development platforms is its use of Name Servers.

GREAT NEWS:

Exciting update! We've collaborated with Wix to offer WBI users with a free plan for all website creation needs - Explore the details here.

Wix Name Servers are a unique set of DNS servers that are used to resolve Wix-specific domain names. These Name Servers are used by Wix to route traffic to your website, and they can also be used to manage email accounts and other aspects of your Wix account. In order to use Wix Name Servers, you will need to add them to your domain’s DNS settings.

Adding Wix Name Servers to your domain’s DNS settings is a simple process. First, you will need to log in to your Wix account.

Once you are logged in, you will need to go to the “Domains” tab and click on the “Add Domain” button. On the next page, you will need to enter your domain name and select “Use my existing domain. ”

PRO TIP: If you are looking for Wix name servers, be warned that they may be difficult to find. Wix does not list their name servers publicly, which makes it difficult to determine where your website is hosted. This can be a problem if you need to change your DNS settings or troubleshoot your website. If you are having difficulty finding Wix name servers, you may want to contact Wix support for help.

On the next page, you will be asked to select a DNS provider. If you do not have a preferred DNS provider, we recommend using Cloudflare. Once you have selected a DNS provider, you will need to add the following Name Servers to your DNS settings:

  • ns1.wixdns.net
  • ns2.net
  • ns3.net
  • ns4.net

Once you have added these Name Servers to your DNS settings, you will need to wait for them to propagate before your website will be accessible via the new Name Servers.
