Where Is the Cartoon Filter on Photoshop?

There’s no denying that we all love a good filter. Whether it’s on Instagram or Snapchat, filters are a fun way to change up our look without actually having to do anything.

But what about when we want to add a filter to a photo in Photoshop? Where is the cartoon filter on Photoshop?

Unfortunately, there is no cartoon filter on Photoshop. However, there are other ways that you can achieve a similar effect.

PRO TIP: The “Cartoon Filter” on Photoshop is not an actual filter, and cannot be found in the Filter menu. It is a setting in the “Stylize” filter that can be found in the Filter Gallery. When using this setting, it is important to remember to set the “Mode” to “Bitmap” in order to create a true bitmap image. Otherwise, the image will not be saved as a bitmap.

One way is to use the pen tool to create a vector outline of your image. This can be time-consuming, but it will give you more control over the final result.

Another way to create a cartoon-like effect is to use the levels adjustment layer. By adjusting the levels, you can increase the contrast of your image and make it look more like a cartoon.

So, if you’re looking for a cartoon filter on Photoshop, you’re out of luck. But that doesn’t mean you can’t create a similar effect using other tools.
