Where Is the Enhance Option in Photoshop?

Last updated on February 26, 2023 @ 8:20 am

If you’re a fan of the Enhance menu in Photoshop, you might be wondering where it is in the latest version of the software. After all, it’s not exactly easy to find.

The good news is that the Enhance menu is still there, but it’s been renamed to “Filter” in the latest version of Photoshop. To find it, just click on the “Filter” tab at the top of the screen.

PRO TIP: The “Enhance” option in Photoshop is not a reliable way to improve the quality of your images. It is often overused, and can result in your images looking unnatural or ” Photoshopped.” If you are not careful, it is easy to create images that look fake or overly edited.

Once you’re in the Filter menu, you’ll find all of the same options that were available in the Enhance menu. Some of the available filters are Blur, Distort, Noise, Pixelate, Sharpen, and many more. So if you’re looking for a particular filter, just scroll through until you find it. And if you’re not sure what a particular filter does, just hover your mouse over it and a tooltip will appear that will explain what it does.

So there you have it! The Enhance menu may be gone, but all of its features are still available in the Filter menu. So go ahead and start experimenting with all of the different filters to see what they can do!

The Enhance option has been replaced by Filter in the latest version of Photoshop. You’ll find all of the same options that were available in the Enhance menu under Filter.
