Where is the fill tool in Photoshop?

When you want to fill an area with a particular color or pattern, Photoshop has a fill tool for you. The fill tool is located in the Tools panel (Window > Tools), just below the brush tool.

To use the fill tool, click in the area you want to fill and then click the fill button (the three lines in a triangle).

The fill tool has several options, including the following:

– Fill with color: This option fills the area with the current color.
– Fill with pattern: This option fills the area with a predefined pattern. You can choose from a variety of patterns, or you can create your own.
– Fill with gradient: This option fills the area with a gradient. You can choose from a variety of gradients, or you can create your own.
– Fill with gradient mesh: This option fills the area with a gradient mesh.

PRO TIP: The fill tool in Photoshop is located in the toolbar on the left side of the screen. To access it, click on the tool icon and then select the fill tool from the drop-down menu.

You can choose from a variety of gradient meshes, or you can create your own.
– Fill with a solid color: This option fills the area with a solid color.
– Fill with a gradient mesh: This option fills the area with a gradient mesh. You can choose from a variety of gradient meshes, or you can create your own.
– Mix colors: This option combines the colors from two or more adjacent fill options, creating a more complex fill effect.

When you click the fill button, Photoshop creates a new layer on top of the current layer, and assigns it the fill color or pattern. The fill layer is automatically hidden.

To see the fill layer, select the layer containing the area you want to fill, and then click the layer mask icon (the circle with a cross inside it). The masking options for the fill layer are the same as the masking options for the current layer.

To change the fill color or pattern, you can either click the fill color or fill pattern button (the two squares next to the fill button), or you can select the fill color or fill pattern in the Tools panel.
