PRO TIP: The Shadow Tool in Photoshop can be found in the toolbar on the left side of the screen. It is the fifth tool from the top. The tool allows you to create a shadow around an object.

A shadow is a dark area or shape produced by a body coming between rays of light and a surface. The shadow tool in Photoshop can be used to create different kinds of shadows on images. There are two types of shadows that can be created: drop shadow and inner shadow.

Drop shadows are the most common type of shadow and are used to create the illusion of depth on an image. They are created by offsetting the shadow from the object that is casting it. Inner shadows are used to create the illusion of an object being cut out from a background.

To create a drop shadow, select the object you want to cast a shadow from. Go to the “Layer” menu and select “Create Drop Shadow.” A drop-shadow layer will be created beneath the selected layer. To change the direction of the shadow, click on the “Angle” option and drag the slider to the desired angle.

To change the distance of the shadow from the object, click on the “Distance” option and drag the slider to the desired distance. To change the opacity of the shadow, click on the “Opacity” option and drag the slider to the desired opacity. To change the size of the shadow, click on the “Size” option and drag the slider to the desired size.

To create an inner shadow, select the object you want to cast a shadow from. Go to the “Layer” menu and select “Create Inner Shadow.” An inner-shadow layer will be created beneath the selected layer. To change
