There are a number of reasons why you might not be able to download videos from Canva. The most common reason is that the file format is not supported.

Canva only supports the following video file formats: .MP4, .MOV, and .WMV. If you’re trying to download a video in another file format, you will need to convert it to one of these formats first.

Another possibility is that the video you’re trying to download is too large. Canva has a limit of 500MB for video files. If your video is larger than this, you will need to host it on a third-party site like YouTube or Vimeo and then embed it in your Canva design.

PRO TIP: If you’re trying to download a video from Canva and it’s not working, it’s likely because the file format is not supported. Canva supports the following video file formats: .MP4, .MOV, and .WMV.

Finally, it’s also possible that your browser is not compatible with the Canva video downloader. Canva requires Safari, Firefox, or Chrome to download videos. If you’re using another browser, you will need to switch to one of these browsers in order to download videos from Canva.
