Why Can’t I Upload a File to Canva?

Last updated on September 27, 2022 @ 7:22 pm

There are a few reasons why you might not be able to upload a file to Canva:

1. The file format is not supported.

Canva supports JPEG, PNG, and GIF files. If you’re trying to upload a file in another format, like TIFF or BMP, it won’t work.

2. The file is too large.

Canva has a limit of 5MB per file. If your file is larger than that, you’ll need to compress it before uploading it.

3. You’re not logged in. Make sure you’re logged into your Canva account before trying to upload a file.

4. There’s a problem with your internet connection.

If your internet connection is slow or unreliable, it can affect Canva’s ability to upload files. Try reloading the page or using a different internet connection.
