Why Can’t I Upload Pictures on Canva?

Last updated on September 27, 2022 @ 1:34 pm

There are a few potential reasons why you might not be able to upload pictures onto Canva:

-The file type may not be supported. Canva supports JPEG, PNG, and GIF files. If you’re trying to upload a different file type, it won’t work.

PRO TIP: If you are having trouble uploading pictures onto Canva, there are a few things you can try. First, check to make sure that the file format of your image is supported by Canva. Second, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. Finally, if you’re still having trouble, try contacting Canva’s customer support.

-The file size may be too large. The maximum file size for uploading is 25MB. If your file is larger than that, you’ll need to compress it before uploading it to Canva.

-You may be trying to upload from a protected location. Canva can’t access files that are stored on a protected server, such as a school or work network. You’ll need to download the file to your computer first, and then upload it from there.

If you’re still having trouble uploading files to Canva, please contact our support team and they’ll be happy to help!
