Why Is My Wix Menu Not Working?

If you’re having trouble with your Wix menu, there are a few things you can check to see what might be going on.

First, make sure that you have the most recent version of Wix. Updates are released regularly and usually include fixes for bugs that have been reported. If you’re not sure what version you have, you can check by going to Help > About Wix in the main menu.

If you’re up-to-date, the next thing to check is the status of your site. If it’s published, then your menu should be working fine.

If it’s not published, then only people who have the link to your site will be able to see it – including the menu. To check the status of your site, go to Site > Manage Sites in the main menu.

PRO TIP: If you are having trouble with your Wix menu, there are a few things you can try. First, check to make sure that you have the most recent version of Wix. If you do not, you can update your Wix site by going to the Wix website and clicking on the “Update” button. If you are still having trouble, you can try resetting your Wix site. To do this, go to the Wix website and click on the “Reset” button. This will reset your Wix site to its default settings. If you are still having trouble, you can contact Wix support.

If your site is published but you’re still having trouble with your menu, the next thing to check is the individual pages that you have in your site. Make sure that they’re all published as well – unpublished pages won’t show up in your menu. To check the status of a page, go to Pages > hover over the page and click More > View Page History. If it says “Published” next to the most recent version, then that page is good to go.

If you’ve checked all of these things and you’re still having trouble with your Wix menu, reach out to customer support for help.

To check the status of a page, go to Pages > hover over the page and click More > View Page History.
