I am a new user on UpWork. I have been trying to get my account to work for the past few days, but with no success. I have read the FAQs and followed the instructions, but my account still does not work. Here are the reasons why my UpWork is not working:
1) I have not received the verification email
I have not received the verification email even though I have followed the instructions on how to verify my email address.
This is preventing me from logging into my account.
2) I am not able to view my profile
I am not able to view my profile even though I have filled out all the required information. This is preventing me from applying to jobs or connecting with clients.
3) I am not able to search for jobs
I am not able to search for jobs even though I have set up my profile and added the relevant skills. This is preventing me from finding work on UpWork.
